We found this recipe from our friends from across the pond https://www.tablefortwoblog.com/spiced-pumpkin-hummus/
“It’s definitely Fall over here since the weather is a lot chillier than back in the States and a lot of the leaves have fallen. I’m not sure if they’re big on pumpkin over here. I haven’t seen much pumpkin/Fall-inspired menu items here but maybe they just aren’t as into Fall as we are since it’s chilly here year-round so it’s kinda like Fall year-round. Who knows! Anyway, this spiced pumpkin hummus is the perfect Fall hummus for your gatherings.
I love eating this before a workout or after work when my stomach is all rumbly and wanting a big meal. It does a good job at warding off the hunger for a couple hours. I also love eating this at work with carrot sticks and celery. It’s a great snack to nibble on – way better than that Snickers bar or bag of chips!”
And we agree! Loved the taste with our favorite flavored Stacey’s Pita Chips!
