Weekend Inspiration

Before I even get out of bed on Saturday mornings I thank God for my many blessings and the world around me. I often work all weekend so it just makes sense to set aside time to think about why we started and forecast in time and space – the day and weeks ahead. Getting a call from “that friend” that makes you a better person “because” of the past experiences shared.  It’s really ok to look back –  we become who we are today because of those individual learned experiences. It’s humbling.

Saturday mornings for some of us are for learning and reflecting on the past week. Recap for your own internal clock and sanity. Insist on “yourself” never imitate. Create. Speak up. Understand differences with humility and understand decisions made with innocence, perspective and creation of a plan going forward.

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

“The smallest wound or pain of the ego is examined under a microscope as if it were of eternal importance. The artist considers his isolation, his subjectivity, his individualism almost holy”

– Ingmar Bergman

Take a walk. Just breathe.

There is something joyous in silence. Learn gratification can come from yourself.  Pat yourself on the back sometimes. Grace is in the journey we seek. Places to go people to see. Life begins again each and every second in space and this journey is real. #gratefulheart #gratefulpresent
Art is the most intense mode of individualism that the world has known. - Oscar Wilde
