It’s 2018 and time to get fit!
Everyday try to do some form of exercise. If you don’t belong to a gym, it’s okay! Try these easy exercises at home everyday!#1. climb up and down your stairs for 2 minutes.#2. 10 pushups.#3. 50 abdominal crunches. #4. Standing front, back and side leg kicks- 15 reps each side. #5. Cool down and stretch! Try each week to eliminate something that is unhealthy in your diet. For this week try to eliminate sugar! Let’s get healthy in 2018!
