30 Days til … JUST BREATHE

Tomorrow is April 1! A lot has changed since the last time we posted.

The world as we know it has changed significantly with the coronavirus outbreak.

So much uncertainty. As most of our daily challenges now are real, tangible.

Feelings, emotions – change is hard enough.

We have 30 days to wake up and gain a significant amount of personal accomplishment.

“Accomplish but do not boast, accomplish without show, accomplish without arrogance, accomplish without grabbing, accomplish without forcing.”
Lao Tzu

While it’s important to recognize stress and “it’s real” so it’s also a – MINDSET.

There are some things in the upcoming 30 days of “safe distancing” we can control.

Each morning wake up and master the positive. Try to have the POWER to choose the POSITIVE!

The first 5 minutes of your day will determine whether it will be successful or not.

NO NEGOTIATING.

MINUTE 1 : Accomplishment LET’s DO THIS!

How do you accomplish POWER over MIND –

Find your way to pray. It’s doesn’t have to be a Prayer but a POSITIVE IMAGE to begin your day!

Prayer is the way for some of us to encourage. A simple exercise. Clear your mind. Don’t always rush into work. Try a simple PRAYER. Read a verse of encouragement – BE THANKFUL for each DAY!

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

ON APRIL 1 TRY WAKING UP AND BE GRATEFUL with A MINDSET of ACCOMPLISHMENT!

YOU JUST MIGHT WAKE UP ON APRIL 30 – A NEW PERSON!

COUNTDOWN BEGINS NOW!

“Look at a day when you are supremely satisfied at the end. It’s not a day when you lounge around doing nothing; it’s a day you’ve had everything to do and you’ve done it.”
Margaret Thatcher

“As Aristotle said, ‘Excellence is a habit.’ I would say furthermore that excellence is made constant through the feeling that comes right after one has completed a work which he himself finds undeniably awe-inspiring. He only wants to relax until he’s ready to renew such a feeling all over again because to him, all else has become absolutely trivial.”
Criss Jami, Killosophy
